Yes. The first custom ratio per image is free; additional custom ratios cost 10 credits each. So if your shop sells a non-standard size — say 5×7 specifically for greeting-card-sized prints — you add it once at no extra charge. Many sellers add a square 1:1 crop for Instagram preview use; that is a free add-on under the same rule. Custom ratios are configured per-batch from your saved ratio library.

If you bring your own PSD templates (drag-drop in the Templates page, up to 120 on Pro), the compositing engine renders them with the same smart-object fidelity as Smartmockups did — same blend modes, same lighting layers, same shadows. We also include a curated library of mockup templates if you don't have your own. Mockup quality at the file level is at parity with Dynamic Mockups; the difference is that Ratio Ready also ships the print files, listing video, buyer PDF, and listing copy alongside, so a single 59-credit batch produces a complete listing kit not just a single mockup.
