RATIO READY: TERMS OF PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY

1. Credit-Based Model (Pay-As-You-Go)
1.1 Creative Credits
RatioReady operates exclusively on a "pay-as-you-go" credit system. We do not offer recurring subscriptions. You may purchase credit packs (e.g., Starter, Growth, or Pro) at any time based on your current production needs.
1.2 Immediate Allocation
Credits are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
1.3 No Expiration
Purchased credits remain in your account and do not expire, provided your account remains in good standing.
2. Billing & Merchant of Record
2.1 Fungies Inc.
All financial transactions are handled by our Merchant of Record, Fungies Inc. They are the legal entity responsible for payment processing, global tax collection (VAT/Sales Tax), and PCI-compliant security.
2.2 Statement Descriptor
When you purchase credits, the charge will appear on your credit card or bank statement as:

Please ensure you recognize this descriptor to avoid unnecessary disputes or account freezes.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 All Sales Are Final
Due to the high-compute GPU costs associated with AI image processing and the instant delivery of digital credits, all purchases are non-refundable.
3.2 Automated Failure Protection
We stand by the reliability of our engine:
- Automatic Refunds: If an image processing task fails due to a system error, server timeout, or API malfunction on our end, the Creative Credits used for that specific job will be automatically and instantly returned to your balance.
- Technical Support: If you experience a failure that was not automatically refunded, please email [email protected] with your Job ID within 7 days.
3.3 No Cash Value
Creative Credits are a functional unit of the RatioReady service; they have no cash value and cannot be "cashed out" or refunded back to your original payment method.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
4.1 Resolution First
You agree to contact RatioReady support to resolve any billing issues before contacting your bank.
4.2 Chargeback Consequences
Since we provide an automated refund for technical failures, any fraudulent chargeback (claiming you didn't receive credits that were actually used) will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and API access.
5. Usage Responsibility
Credits are consumed based on the successful initiation of a job. Credits will not be refunded for:
- User errors (e.g., selecting the wrong aspect ratio).
- Poor quality source images (the AI can only upscale what you provide).
- "Change of mind" after a job has been processed.
