RATIO READY: ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Ratio Ready is a production tool. It only earns its place in someone's workflow if they can actually operate it — with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at 200% zoom, with reduced motion switched on. We treat accessibility as part of whether the product works, not as a legal box to tick.
This statement is published by Your Brand Assistant LLC, the operator of Ratio Ready.
2. Scope
This statement covers:
- The marketing website at ratioready.com, including the free tools.
- The web application at app.ratioready.com, including sign-up, sign-in, the processing tools, account and billing pages.
It does not cover third-party services embedded in or linked from our pages (for example our payment provider's checkout overlay), which are governed by their own accessibility statements.
3. Conformance Target
We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is the benchmark referenced by EN 301 549 v3.2.1 under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), by US Department of Justice practice under the ADA and by Section 508, and it is the accepted standard under the UK Equality Act 2010, the Accessible Canada Act and Ontario's AODA, and Australia's Disability Discrimination Act 1992. One target satisfies all of them.
Where a WCAG 2.2 Level AA criterion is inexpensive to adopt (focus appearance, target size, dragging alternatives), we adopt it too.
4. Conformance Status
Ratio Ready is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard.
We completed a full internal audit of both surfaces on 17 July 2026 and have since remediated the findings across the core sign-in, upload, settings, submit and download flows. That work covered colour contrast in both light and dark themes, keyboard operability of every control including the settings toggles, dialogs and menus that trap focus and close on Escape, keyboard-reachable upload controls, status announcements for batch progress, reduced-motion support, and a pause control on the homepage video.
We still say partially conformant, and we mean it. An automated check cannot reach our signed-in tool pages, we have not tested every screen-reader and browser combination, and no external auditor has reviewed us. Conformance is a claim about every page and every interaction, and we would rather understate it than tell you something we have not verified. The specifics are below.
5. Known Limitations
The following are known and being addressed. If you hit something that is not on this list, please tell us — the list is only as good as what we have found so far.
- Testing coverage. Our automated accessibility check runs against the marketing site and the signed-out app pages. The signed-in processing tools need a live session, so the automated gate cannot reach them — they are checked by hand instead. Hand checking is less consistent than a machine, so these pages are the most likely place for a barrier to survive. If you find one, please tell us.
- Screen-reader combinations. We test with VoiceOver on macOS and with automated tooling. We have not tested every screen reader and browser pairing, so behaviour with JAWS, NVDA or TalkBack may differ.
- Marketing demonstration video. The homepage demo is a silent screen capture with no spoken or audio content. It carries no captions because there is no audio to caption; the surrounding text describes what it shows, and the video can be paused. If that description is not sufficient for you, tell us and we will improve it.
- Generated product files. The print files, mockups, listing videos and PDFs that Ratio Ready produces are your deliverables for your own customers, not part of our service interface, so their accessibility is determined by how you use them. We keep the heading structure of generated PDFs sensible, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of an output shaped by your artwork and your text.
- Administration pages. Internal admin-only screens are held to the same standard but are lower in our priority order than the customer-facing surfaces, so fixes land there later.
- Third-party checkout. The payment overlay is supplied by our payment provider and rendered by their code. We do not control its markup. If it blocks you, tell us and we will find you another way to complete the purchase.
6. Assessment Method
Date of assessment: 17 July 2026.
Date this statement was prepared: 17 July 2026.
This is a self-assessment. We have not commissioned an external audit or certification, and we do not claim one. It was carried out by our own team using:
- An internal code audit of both frontends against the WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria, with contrast ratios computed rather than estimated.
- Automated testing with axe-core against the built pages.
- Manual keyboard-only testing of the core flows.
- Manual screen-reader testing.
We re-run this assessment after each significant interface change and date-stamp this page when the picture changes.
7. Feedback
If you hit an accessibility barrier on ratioready.com or app.ratioready.com, we want to hear about it. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what you use to browse (screen reader, keyboard only, zoom level) if you can — it helps us reproduce the problem quickly.
- Email: help@ratioready.com
- In-app: open a support ticket from the Support page in your account.
- Contact form: ratioready.com/contact
We aim to respond within 5 business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and when we expect it to land, and we will offer an alternative way to get the same outcome in the meantime.

8. Enforcement Procedure
Contact us first — the fastest route to a fix is telling us directly.
If you are in the European Union and you are not satisfied with our response, the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) is enforced by each member state through its own designated national authority. You may raise the matter with the accessibility enforcement body or market surveillance authority responsible for services in your country of residence; the relevant body is listed by your national government. Ratio Ready is operated from the United States by Your Brand Assistant LLC and is not established in the EU, so there is no single EU authority we can point you to — the route runs through your own member state.
Customers elsewhere may raise concerns with the equality or accessibility body in their own jurisdiction. None of this replaces our own obligation to fix the problem, and we would rather you gave us the chance to.
