Subscription Creative Credits are valid for the billing month — a fresh allowance lands at each renewal, replacing the previous month's. One-time credit packs come with their own validity window (60–180 days depending on pack size). Your 75 free signup credits are yours to keep — they don't expire.

How does the free tier work?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards and debit cards through our payment partner Fungies. Payments are processed securely.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. However, any processing job that fails is automatically refunded to your account — you only pay for successful results.

What happens if processing fails?

Creative Credits are automatically refunded to your account. You only pay for successfully processed images. No manual action required.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Subscribe monthly for a recurring Creative Credit allowance, or buy one-time credit packs. Every new shop starts with 50 free Creative Credits so you can try the full product before paying, then gets 25 free credits a month after the first month.

How do I check my Creative Credit balance?

Your Creative Credit balance is always visible in the dashboard header. You can also check it programmatically via the API at the /v1/me endpoint.

Frequently asked questions

Clipart is a flat batch price that scales with image count in 5-image bins. JPG bundles start at 10 credits for 1–5 images and grow by 10 credits per bin (10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100 for 1–50 images) — that's 10¢ to $1.00 on the Boost pack, and about half that on a monthly plan. Transparent PNG bundles include background removal: 15/30/45/60/75/90/105/120/135/150 credits, the same +5/+10/+15… progressive surcharge that absorbs the per-image bg-removal cost.
