Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. However, any processing job that fails is automatically refunded to your account — you only pay for successful results.

What happens if processing fails?

Do I need a subscription?

No. Subscribe monthly for a recurring Creative Credit allowance, or buy one-time credit packs. Every new shop starts with 75 free Creative Credits so you can try the full product before paying.

How do I check my Creative Credit balance?

Your Creative Credit balance is always visible in the dashboard header. You can also check it programmatically via the API at the /v1/me endpoint.

Clipart is a flat batch price that scales with image count in 5-image bins. JPG bundles start at 10 credits for 1–5 images and grow by 10 credits per bin (10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100 for 1–50 images) — that's $0.10–$1.00 on Pro. Transparent PNG bundles include background removal: 15/30/45/60/75/90/105/120/135/150 credits, the same +5/+10/+15… progressive surcharge that absorbs the per-image bg-removal cost.
