A pre-built Make.com scenario with three connection nodes (Ratio Ready API, Google Drive, Etsy Shop) and a chain of pre-wired modules: trigger on finished Ratio Ready job → pull bundle (print files, mockups, video, copy) → save to Drive in a per-listing folder → create Etsy draft with mockups in listing-photo slots, video in video slot, Drive link in digital-download field, title and description and 13 SEO tags attached. Every step is visible in Make.com's run history.

Yes — all three job types route through the same blueprint. Wall art produces 5 print ratios + mockups + video + PDF + Drive link. Posters produce 1 print file + mockups + video + listing copy (no shareable link because posters are physical). Clipart produces a batch ZIP + listing photo + collection-level Etsy listing PDF. The blueprint handles the per-type routing automatically.

Sign in to your Ratio Ready dashboard → Integrations → Make.com → Download blueprint JSON. The latest version is always there. We update the blueprint when we add features (new mockup options, new fields) or when Etsy changes their API. Re-importing the latest version is non-destructive — you can replace your old scenario or run both side by side.

(1) Sign up at app.ratioready.com (75 free credits). (2) In Settings → API, copy your `pk_` API key. (3) Integrations → Make.com → Download blueprint JSON. (4) Make.com → New scenario → Import blueprint → paste JSON. (5) Wire the three connection nodes: Ratio Ready (paste API key), Google Drive (OAuth), Etsy (OAuth + shop ID). (6) For posters, link an Etsy shipping profile in the draft-creation step. (7) Save the scenario, set it to active. Done. Total time: 30-45 minutes the first time.

Most failures are transient and resolve on retry: Etsy API rate limits, Drive connection drops, network glitches. Make.com's run history shows exactly which module failed and lets you re-run from that step. Persistent failures (e.g. Etsy OAuth token expired) need a one-click reconnect in the Make.com connection panel. Failed Ratio Ready jobs auto-refund credits to your pool — no support ticket required.

Yes — it's a normal Make.com scenario after import. Common customisations: add a Slack/Discord/email notification module after draft creation; route different mockup sets per shop section by adding a router module; add a Drive watch trigger so new designs in a folder kick off the flow automatically; extend Etsy attributes (occasion, room, style) per shop section. The blueprint is the starting point, not a sealed black box.

Make.com: free tier (1,000 ops/month) covers ~80-125 automated listings/month. Beyond that, Make.com paid tiers start around $10/month. Ratio Ready: 40 credits per wall art listing ($0.40 on Pro, $0.44 on Growth), 35 credits per poster ($0.35 on Pro), 10-100 per clipart batch by image count ($0.10 entry on Pro, $1.00 ceiling at 50 images on Pro). New accounts get 75 free credits on signup. The combined cost for an automated wall art listing is therefore well under $1 in API/credit fees, vs ~2 hours of seller time to do it manually.

n8n: cheaper at scale (self-hosted), but you build the flow yourself against the Ratio Ready API — no pre-built blueprint. Zapier: works, but Zapier's per-task pricing is higher than Make.com's per-operation pricing, so it gets expensive past 50 listings/month. Make.com is the sweet spot for most Etsy wall art and poster sellers because the blueprint is pre-built and the operation cost is the lowest of the three. Sellers shipping 200+ listings/month often graduate to direct API calls from their own code or a self-hosted n8n.
