Can I automate Etsy with Make.com?

Make.com (formerly Integromat) has a native Etsy module with these actions:

• Create draft listing — title, description, tags, price, shipping profile, attributes
• Upload listing image — single image up to 10 MB per call
• Upload listing file — digital download files
• Update listing — change any field on an existing listing
• Watch new orders — trigger a scenario when a new order comes in

That's enough to script a draft creation if — and only if — you already have all the assets ready: print files at every required ratio, lifestyle mockups, a 1:1 listing video, listing copy, 13 SEO tags, and the right files routed to Drive. Make.com itself doesn't make any of those things.

Make.com modules can't AI-upscale your design to print resolution, can't crop into 5 wall-art ratios, can't composite mockups from PSD smart-object templates, can't assemble a 15-second 1:1 listing video, and can't write SEO-shaped Etsy listing copy. These are production tasks, not orchestration tasks. You either do them manually before the Make.com scenario runs (defeating the automation), or you call a service that does them.

Yes. The blueprint is a single-scenario, low-operation flow. Each listing run consumes about 8–12 Make.com operations (one per module). The free Make.com plan includes 1,000 operations/month — enough for roughly 80–125 automated listings/month. Sellers shipping more than that should bump to a paid Make.com tier (around $10/month) or move to a webhook-driven setup against the Ratio Ready API directly to skip Make.com entirely at the high end.

Make.com isn't required — it's just the fastest path because the blueprint is pre-built. Other options against the same Ratio Ready REST API:

• n8n — self-hostable, cheaper at scale, but you build the flow yourself.
• Zapier — works, but more expensive per operation than Make.com.
• Direct webhook + your own code — for shops with engineering resources or 200+ listings/month.

For most Etsy wall art and poster sellers shipping under 100 listings/month, the Make.com blueprint is the right answer because it eliminates the wiring step entirely.
